Our sizes are missy not juniors so if you shop at stores like BEBE or Forever 21 our sizes will run a little big from what you are used to. So if you are trying to choose between two sizes go with the smaller one. Remember the pants are stretchy. If you shop at better department stores, classic designers, or in the womans (not juniors) section, our sizes will be pretty accurate to what you are used to. Not all of our fibers shrink! Velvets and anything other than a cotton/lycra blend will not shrink. Our regular length tends to be adequate for everyone 56 and under accept if you have long legs for your height (order the tall then). The Tall length is available for folks 57 and up to 510 see size chart for length. If you have exceptionally long legs or happen to be graced with height above 510 we do custom lengths for an additional $10.00. The chap pants tend to run an inch or two longer because the garter strip stretches from the weight of the lower leg. For shorties under 5 feet order the cotton/lycra blend and wash/dry on warm one time, it will shrink in the crotch depth as well as length, which most petites need. The size chart is just a suggestion. Order according to the largest measurement in the area the garment fits on. We are all so different in our organic bodies! We will happily exchange sizes.
